All Sales Are Final

At neontetra, all purchases are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed.

Order Cancellations

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, once the order is sent there is no way to cancel.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and cancellation request. Cancellations requested after 24 hours cannot be guaranteed, as your order may already have entered processing or production.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will assess the problem and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or other suitable resolution.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Important Information

Please check your order details, including product, size, colour, and delivery address, carefully before completing your purchase. Once the 24-hour cancellation period has passed, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
